What the installation process looks like

Step 1 — Assessment: We review the inspection findings and specify pier type, count, and placement in writing. You approve before we start.

Step 2 — Excavation: We excavate small access points at each pier location along the foundation perimeter. Typical excavation is 24”×24” and 18”–24” deep.

Step 3 — Installation: Each pier is driven or screwed to the load-bearing stratum. We monitor load readings throughout to confirm we’ve reached refusal (stable bearing) on each pier.

Step 4 — Lifting: Once all piers are installed, we use synchronized hydraulic jacks to raise the settled section. We lift incrementally and check interior elements (doors, windows, floors) as we go.

Step 5 — Backfill and cleanup: We backfill, compact, and clean the work area. The excavation sites are packed to match the surrounding grade.
